Agreement to rules mandated into law by the New York City Limousine and Taxi Commission a 20% service charge/gratuity is added to all rate/total charges. All inclusive rate confirmations are subject to audit after order completion; airport transportation from JFK, LaGuardia or Newark liberty by limo car service to include actual tolls, parking fees, addl. stops & time allotted, etc. Hourly New York limo services are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in ½ hr increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be charged for. Direct shuttle transfer (any point to point, JFK airport returns, Cruise Port transfers) orders have a 10 minute grace period at pick-up (excl. Airport Arrivals); if you exceed the grace period you will be charged in 30 minute increments equal to Stated Vehicle Hourly Rate listed on website. Clients &/or members of their party are responsible for any damage &/or cleaning fees that may be incurred during the use of the New York stretch limousine, including, but not limited to, spilled liquids , vomit ($200), broken glassware ($15), upholstery tears/punctures($1000) & exterior damage ($1000-2000) (e.g. opening door into object). JFK Limo & its affiliates are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items left in JFK car.
